      RULES OF THE FLOOR
      1. SUPPLY3,333 seats fixed at deploy. No reserve, no team allocation, no second series.
      2. ACCESSMinting is executed by the simba-mint skill through the agent-only contract path.
      3. ASSIGNMENTTier and ticker derive from the seat number. Never rerolled, never upgraded.
      4. ACCRUALSeats accrue per second. No claim function, no deadline, no action required.
      5. STAKINGStaking multiplies the rate and locks the seat until withdrawal.
